News Update: A tiger in Tadoba National Park is making headlines after a video of him removing a plastic bottle from a waterhole went viral. The video shows a young tiger picking up a plastic bottle thrown behind by a visitor during a safari.

The tiger, believed to be the offspring of a tigress named Bhanuskhindi, was caught on camera cleaning up the waterhole inside Tadoba National Park. The footage of this incident has been widely shared on social media platforms.

Indian Forest Service officer Susanta Nanda shared the video on X, urging people to be mindful of their trash and not leave plastic waste behind in natural habitats. Sharing the video of the tiger cleaning the water body, Susanta Nanda asked, “Why should the wild clean the garbage of the (un) civilized?” and requested, “Please stop bringing plastics & styrofoams into the wilderness.”

Not only this In another post, Susanta Nanda shared that the tiger picked up the plastic bottle and placed it in front of the person recording the video from their safari vehicle. He emphasized that the tiger’s action delivered a clear message to everyone.

This heartwarming video serves as a reminder of the importance of keeping our wildlife sanctuaries clean and protecting the environment for the animals that call it home.
