Tadoba National Park is a famous wildlife sanctuary situated in the Chandrapur district of Maharashtra, India. This park is famous among tourists for its tiger population, but people don’t know that this is home to different animals. Here are some wildlife species that are lesser known in Tadoba National Park.   

1. Indian Bison (Gaur)

The Indian Bison, also known as the Gaur is the largest species of Cattle. These cattle can be found in India. You can see them grazing in the grasslands of Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve while on your gypsy safari rides. 

2. Wild Dogs (Dholes)

7. Rusty-spotted Cat

The rusty-spotted cats are the smallest species of wild cats found in India. These cats can be spotted near the denser forest of Tadoba National Park. These tiny little cats are masters of stealth and camouflage.

8. Indian Peafowl 

People also know them as Indian Peacocks. These birds have colorful feathers and are famous for their dance during rain. 9. Civets and Small Mammals
